Yael and Jordan’s luxury Persian wedding in Paris unfolded over two nights at two of the city’s most iconic hotels. The celebration began with a welcome dinner at Shangri-La Paris overlooking the Eiffel Tower, followed by their wedding at InterContinental Paris Le Grand, where 250 guests gathered beneath the spectacular dome of the Salon Opéra.
The wedding weekend began at Shangri-La Paris, the former residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte, grand-nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte. Built in the late 19th century and now designated a French Monument Historique, the palace is known for its ornate interiors and extraordinary views of the Eiffel Tower.
Deep red florals and candlelight brought a dramatic warmth to the welcome dinner, while the historic architecture provided much of the atmosphere.
Yael wore an ivory long-sleeved look with a jeweled waist, while Jordan chose a black velvet dinner jacket and bow tie. Later, the couple stepped outside for quintessentially Parisian portraits with the illuminated Eiffel Tower in the distance.
The following day, Yael and Jordan welcomed guests to InterContinental Paris Le Grand, the landmark hotel opposite the Palais Garnier. Inaugurated in 1862 during Napoleon III and Baron Haussmann’s transformation of Paris, the hotel remains one of the city’s grandest examples of Second Empire style.
For the wedding, Yael wore an Oscar de la Renta gown with a floral bodice, full skirt and sweeping veil, finished with a diamond necklace. Jordan wore a classic black tuxedo.
The couple exchanged vows in the hotel’s legendary Salon Opéra, beneath its soaring gilded dome and crystal chandeliers. A crystal chuppah stood at the end of a mirrored aisle illuminated by candlelight, creating a modern focal point within the historic Paris ballroom.
The celebration continued with a candlelit dinner surrounded by white florals, followed by a dramatic transformation for the evening.
A custom fireworks projection swept across the grand ballroom, bringing a contemporary sense of spectacle to the 19th-century setting before guests filled the dance floor.
Across two nights, Yael and Jordan’s Paris wedding brought together Persian tradition, historic French architecture, modern fashion and two unmistakably Parisian settings, from an Eiffel Tower welcome at Shangri-La Paris to a wedding beneath the Salon Opéra dome at InterContinental Paris Le Grand.
