Andreas and Arabella built an entire world for their wedding. Set on the lush cliffs of Ayana Resort Bali, the couple commissioned a custom glass house constructed exclusively for the night, transforming the venue into an immersive fairytale inspired by romance, storytelling, and Arabella’s lifelong love of Disney. This was not a standard destination wedding. This was a full production.
Guests arrived along a winding pathway framed by frangipani trees and cascading strands of wisteria, Arabella’s favourite bloom. Moving uplights washed the path in a soft glow, building anticipation as the illuminated glass house appeared ahead. Inside, the structure was layered with floral installations, warm lighting, and design details that made the space feel both grand and intimate. Every surface, every sightline, every transition was choreographed.
The design extended well beyond the glass house itself. Menu cards were inspired by the glass-pane window frames, and the overall aesthetic tied every element back to the fairytale narrative. A live painter captured guest portraits in real time, creating bespoke keepsakes from the evening. The dinner setting blended organic beauty with polished detail, and the overall atmosphere felt cinematic from start to finish.
Andreas and Arabella proved what happens when a couple commits fully to a creative vision. Their glasshouse wedding in Bali was immersive, emotional, and unlike anything their guests had ever experienced. Explore more luxury destination weddings on WedLuxe for inspiration.
