Daniela and Giancarlo’s elegant Fairmont Pacific Rim wedding celebration proved that love only grows stronger with time. Five years after their original 2020 ceremony plans were postponed, the couple finally realized their dream wedding day—a lavish vow renewal that captured everything they had once imagined and more. On April 5, 2025, surrounded by family and friends, they transformed the hotel’s third floor into a stunning multi-room experience that embodied luxury, intimacy, and artistry in equal measure.
The day began in a candlelit ceremony space where their helicopter-mountaintop engagement video set the emotional tone. As Daniela made her grand entrance, guests watched the love story unfold on screen before witnessing the couple exchange heartfelt vows beneath a canopy of cascading orchids and spring tulips. The celebration continued with cocktails and canapés in a modern lounge foyer, complete with curated vignettes, a portrait booth, and an audio guestbook that encouraged guests to share personalized messages.
For the reception, the ballroom was reimagined as a dramatic black-draped haven—a design concept that merged timeless romance with contemporary sophistication. Lush ceiling greenery, floating crystals, and soft candlelight framed a seven-course dinner that reflected Daniela and Giancarlo’s shared love for fine dining. Each guest’s name appeared on a silk ribbon tied in a perfect bow, a small but exquisite detail that spoke volumes about the couple’s attention to elegance.
The night culminated in a Moulin Rouge–inspired after-party filled with disco balls, cabaret lighting, and Dolce Amore’s signature gelato cart—a spirited nod to their Italian heritage.
