Erin and Tom got married in December, and they leaned all the way into the season. Planned by The Golborne Collection, their Christmas wedding at the V&A was festive, warm, and layered with the kind of details that made the whole day feel like a celebration of both their love and the magic of the holidays.
A Church Ceremony and a Pub Full of Champagne
The day started with a ceremony at St Mary’s the Boltons, where Erin arrived in a Phillipa Lepley gown carrying a bouquet of red roses, evergreen, and pinecones tied with velvet ribbon. The Christmas palette was set from the first moment. After the ceremony, guests headed to The Beauchamp, a classic London pub, for champagne, Guinness, and comfort food. It was relaxed, festive, and the perfect bridge between ceremony and reception.
A Festive Evening Inside the V&A
The reception at the V&A Museum was the centrepiece. Deep red florals, evergreen garlands, and warm candlelight transformed the space into something that felt both grand and intimate. The design pulled from classic Christmas nostalgia without ever feeling predictable. Tables were dressed with rich textures and seasonal accents, and the overall atmosphere balanced the museum’s dramatic architecture with the warmth of a holiday gathering.
