Stefania and Alessandra, two sisters with a bond as deep as family tradition itself, chose to celebrate their upcoming weddings with a joint celebration that was anything but ordinary. Hosted at the picturesque Doctor’s House in Kleinburg and planned to perfection by The Event Shoppe by Alyssa & Co., this luxury bridal shower in Kleinburg embraced the warmth and nostalgia of a market, reimagined with elegant flair and heartfelt family touches. Named Celeste Verde—a nod to Stefania’s blue eyes and Alessandra’s green—the theme was a love letter to sisterhood, culture, and the recipes and rituals passed down through generations.
Every element of this luxury bridal shower told a story. Tables were draped in alternating floral linens with wooden and wicker details, reflecting the season while incorporating shades of blue and green. Fresh florals were paired with seasonal produce for centrepieces that felt organic yet luxurious. Guests sipped spiked apple cider upon arrival and visited a Bloom Bar to create their own bud vases. A custom market-style seating chart welcomed each guest, setting the tone for a cozy yet elevated afternoon.
The celebration featured heirloom items sourced from the brides’ family kitchens—vintage pasta makers, trays, espresso cups, and doilies—all lovingly displayed among market stalls that showcased traditional cookies, cherry pies baked by the brides, and homemade delicacies like ajvar, bigilla, and pasta named after their grandmother, Mafalda. Live music from a charming trio added joy to the air, while guests departed with tote bags and custom recipe books featuring handwritten family recipes and childhood photos.
This luxury bridal shower was a meaningful tribute to the women who shaped Stefania and Alessandra’s lives—proof that love, culture, and celebration are best served together, with a generous helping of heart.
