Fashion designer Iryna and George fell in love, got engaged at Lake Como, and decided to tie the knot in Toronto, surrounded by family and friends. Being a designer, Iryna took on the task of sewing all the attire for her bridal party. “She was very diligent and brought all her creative senses to this day!” shares event planner Margarita Oudolova of Oudalova Events & Design
The couple chose a black-and-white theme for their wedding, with glossy black being the dominant color. They wanted their celebration to glow, so they requested lots (and lots!) of candlelight to illuminate the venue. Long king-style dining tables were set up for the reception, creating a sophisticated yet simple atmosphere.
