When San Francisco-based Misoo and Charles postponed their wedding in 2021, they eloped on their would-be honeymoon in Positano, Italy. They brought back elements to tie into their eventual destination wedding celebrations at the iconic Fairmont Banff Spring in Alberta, Canada. With the magnificent Canadian Rocky Mountains as the backdrop, a plein air cocktail hour serving “French Canadian 75” cocktails was followed by an elegant reception at the hotel’s ballroom, where guests dined beneath giant arches of fresh greenery.
