Tori and Dylan first met on a dating app in 2018 and connected over happy hour at a local restaurant’s sunny rooftop patio. In the end, Tori gave him a second date even though Dylan had left his hockey sticks in the front seat of his car. Dylan drove to Tori’s parents’ home in February 2021 to ask to marry her, relieved when her mother replied with, “Well, what took you so long?!” The proposal took place two months later following a date night out at one of their favourite restaurants. When they returned home, Dylan presented Tori with a photo album full of memories together, with the question “Will you marry me?” written beneath the final photo. He got down on one knee and proposed!
