“ISTANBUL CAPITAL OF CELEBRATIONS – TABLE DESIGN EXHIBITION” WILL BE HELD IN RAFFLES ISTANBUL, NOVEMBER 8-10, 2023!
The “Istanbul Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition,” came to life in order to highlight Istanbul as a destination of celebrations in the global event industry. The exhibition will be opened with an Opening Ceremony on the 8th of November 2022 and held at Raffles Istanbul with the participation of nine of the world’s leading designers between 9-10 November 2022.
The event will focus on the art of table design and celebration through magical table designs curated by celebrity event and wedding designers of the world. The exhibition will also announce İstanbul as one of the most preferable event and wedding destinations in the global event industry.
In the “Istanbul Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition”, different Istanbul-themed tables and of ‘art de table’ culture will be presented by nine world-renowned designers.
FEATURED DESIGNERS:
Colin Cowie, who recently brought Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s wedding to life, Edgardo Zamora, the designer behind the Emmy Awards and Academy Awards parties, International event and wedding designer Eddie Zaratsian, who decorated the wedding of Hollywood celebrity Kim Kardashian, Belgian Tomas De Bruyne, known as one of Europe’s most famous floral designers, Ghada Blanco one of the most renowned designers in the Middle East, Nadia Duran, one of Australia’s celebrity wedding and event designers, Gideon Hermosa, Asia’s top celebrity event designer, Arturo de Noriega, a famous event designer from Peru, South America, and Sarah Young, celebrity event and wedding designer from Malta.
During the exhibition, there will also be an İstanbul themed ‘Table Design Contest’ where these nine celebrity designers will be on the jury. The three most-voted table designs will be presented exclusively to the guests in the exhibition area.
In addition to international designers, Turkish designers who have undertaken the partnership of the project, KM Events Founding Agency President Meltem Tepeler, and bluechip Creative Events Founding Agency President Elmas Özler will also present their table designs to the guests. KM Events and bluechip Creative Events will bring the Atatürk themed Turkish table design together with the participants in the exhibition, which coincides with the 10th of November, Atatürk Commemoration Day.
Tickets for the “Istanbul Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition”, which aims to make Istanbul the leading celebration destination in its region, are on sale at www.tabledesignexhibition.com. The project is also the first “International Table Design Exhibition” to promote its power to host celebrations, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and meetings of global companies in Istanbul on international platforms.
