Bride Madison and groom (and NHL player!) Connor Brown’s love story began all the way back in elementary school! The two were lucky enough to remain friends throughout their youth and rekindled their romance when Connor visited Madison at university in 2013. They’ve been together ever since!
Connor proposed on January 19, 2020 while on a trip to the Bahamas with a few of their closest hockey friends. Connor invited Madison to a private dinner, but when their table at the restaurant “wasn’t ready,” the couple made their way down to two chairs at the end of the pier. Just as the sun was setting, Connor got down on one knee. “I was completely surprised and ecstatic!” shares Madison. The couple returned to the restaurant where all of their friends were waiting to celebrate the engagement!
Madison and Connor were married in Muskoka, Ontario in the summer of 2021.
