Sorry, Taylor Swift, your pastel-infused music videos have got NOTHING on Alessia and Andrea’s colorful celebration #sorrynotsorry! The couple’s venue was transformed into a whimsical garden dreamscape, with champagne draping and life-sized ficus tree centerpieces. Taking inspiration from the “wild garden” was a jaw-dropping floral installation on the ceiling, complete with a gradient of colorful blooms and white border. “It was a showstopping upside-down flower box,” shares event planner Michelle Cundari of Sincerely Yours Events. A bottle of Perrier-Jouët champagne, gifted to Alessia’s parents over 20 years ago, was passed onto her on the day of her wedding to highlight this beautiful event.

Alessia wore a one-of-a-kind gown on her wedding day! Powder combined the beadwork of one Mira Zwillinger  gown with the silhouette of another, and named it “The Alessia.” “I liked the idea of my look transforming throughout the day so I had a veil for the ceremony, then a detachable skirt that came off for the reception,” Alessia explains.

The day felt like an out-of-body experience, and I couldn’t believe it actually happened until it was done.

For a personalized touch, Alessia and Andrea’s wedding had two neon signs. The first by Sketch & Etch hung over the head table and featured the couple’s last name. The other sign from Marquee Marc (located by the bar) displayed a quote taken from a book Alessia and Andrea studied in school together. “When the couple saw the quote, it sparked a memory for them, so we incorporated it into the design. It was a unique and edgy addition to the existing space,” shares Michelle Cundari of Sincerely Yours Events. Full-service Event Planning & Design More | Message

The couple’s dessert table was nothing short of extravagant. In addition to the gourmet confections, the pristine five-tiered cake from Nadia & Co. featured ivory hues and delicate floral detailing.
