We are a media and creative services company specializing in luxury weddings and events. We are seeking a full-time Content & Marketing Coordinator.
LOCATION:
REMOTE (Open to legal residents of the USA or Canada.)
We are ACTIVELY searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented, creative communicator-meets-marketer with GREAT writing skills and a highly-trained visual eye who ALSO LOVES the world of luxury weddings, fashion, floral, trends, and travel. You will interact regularly with ALL team members in a traffic coordinator-type role, collaborating with a social media manager and graphic designer who will help you meet your deliverables.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ON THE CONTENT SIDE OF THINGS:
- We receive photo submissions from contributors around the world for publishing in print, online, and on social media. You will be directly responsible for receiving, reviewing, accepting, or declining these submissions AND then publishing ALL accepted content (real weddings/style shoots, etc.) from start to finish. You will be directly responsible for all aspects of publishing INCLUDING getting content readied for print layout or assigning readied content to the social media manager.
- Writing fun and engaging copy for real wedding stories, styled shoots, articles, etc. Research and fact-checking are also a big necessity in this role. You MUST be detail-oriented and incredible with spelling and grammar because credits MUST be accurate.
- Create blog posts as needed AND/or direct part-time staff/interns to complete blog posts under your direction.
- Handle daily communication with clients, readers, and brides/grooms regarding deadlines, contests, (real weddings/style shoots, etc.), and answering all questions by email/phone/dm.
- Keep accurate records (content spreadsheets, etc)
- Regularly maintain the company database, both by adding new contacts on a daily basis and updating client records
HERE’S WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ON THE MARKETING SIDE OF THINGS:
- Directly manage and ensure satisfactory completion of all PAID client marketing campaigns across print, social, and digital channels. This includes accepting/managing incoming marketing assets and pro-actively scheduling brainstorming sessions with the graphic designer and social media manager as needed and assigning to-dos to the graphic designer or social media manager for execution.
- Track and manage advertising through our artwork collection platform.
- Responsible for organizing, writing, and sending monthly company e-mail newsletters to communicate deadlines, content, news, company events, and special promotions. (Assigning to-dos to the graphic designer as required.)
- Responsible for maintaining online client listings
REQUIRED:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Administrative and customer service experience
- Proficient with Mac computers
- Strong time management/organizational skills with the ability to communicate what you need from others to ensure you meet your deadlines and obligations
- Work with minimum supervision
- A valid passport and fully vaccinated (one or two trips a year may be required)
