We are seeking a go-getter to renew and maintain current client accounts. In addition, you will consult on and sell advertising packages to new vetted leads within the luxury wedding and event industry. Previous sales experience is a HUGE asset but what we really want is a professional, team player attitude and the willingness to learn EVERYTHING about our clients, our company, and the various packages we offer. An ability to research new leads, communicate effectively on email and most importantly close sales professionally is essential.
We want an account manager who is driven by a consultative and relationship-based approach to sales. We’re not looking for a “schmoozer” or an “expense account” kind of account manager. Our clients are busy entrepreneurs who need you to communicate with them on email, by phone, or by DM on social media. Our clients expect us to prove that WedLuxe is a worthwhile marketing platform. They ask many valid questions about the many options we offer. You will deliver on, and exceed their expectations by creating and sharing personalized case studies using consumer testimonials and real data. You’ll be genuinely excited about what we can offer them and how we can help them meet their business goals. Sales at WedLuxe are primarily generated by email and social media messaging. In-person client meetings are rare. It is a fast-paced, demanding environment but you have a team of designers, writers, social media coordinators, and admin support to assist you. You must have incredible customer service and interpersonal skills, persistence, a “thick skin,” and the desire and ability to exceed revenue goals and deadlines.
We will teach you everything you need to know in order to succeed but you must have a genuine interest in weddings, events, and a willingness to understand and respect our unique client base. The growth and financial opportunities for this role are unlimited for a candidate with the right attitude and abilities.
Past experience with agencies, as well as a strong understanding of agency planning & buying cycles is also ideal.

COMPENSATION:
Pay is base salary, plus commission. Total compensation is based on performance and ranges from $30,000 (base) to over $80,000+ annually. Base pay is negotiable after six months, once you prove your ability.
