, the day was envisioned as a joyful homage to the magic of Christmas—complete with deep red and evergreen tones, nostalgic traditions, and thoughtfully curated moments that celebrated both the season and the couple’s love story.
The celebration began with a classic church ceremony at St Mary’s the Boltons, where Erin arrived in a breathtaking Phillipa Lepley gown that perfectly complemented the winter setting. Her bouquet—woven with red roses, evergreen foliage, and pinecones tied with velvet ribbon—offered the first hint of the Christmas palette that would define their Christmas wedding at the V&A. Following the ceremony, guests gathered at The Beauchamp, a beloved London pub, where champagne, Guinness, and comforting British classics created a warm and convivial atmosphere.
The journey continued in true London style as traditional red Routemaster buses transported guests through the city to the iconic Victoria and Albert Museum. The museum’s Hintze Gallery served as the setting for cocktails, where guests sipped Gusbourne English sparkling wine surrounded by sculptures and historic grandeur. From there, the evening’s highlight unfolded in Raphael Court—an awe-inspiring space that transformed into the heart of this unforgettable Christmas wedding at the V&A.
Two grand tables stretched through the gallery, dressed in cream linen and layered with festive details: gold-edged chargers, deep red placemats, velvet-green chair cushions, and florals featuring roses, pinecones, and textured foliage. Handmade Christmas crackers doubled as place cards, adding a playful touch to the elegant setting. After dinner, guests were served tiny espresso martinis topped with miniature candy canes before moving into the museum’s Dome for dancing, desserts, and late-night cocktails.
With planning and design by The Golborne Collection, every element of this Christmas wedding at the V&A blended timeless British tradition with festive glamour—creating a celebration that felt both iconic and joyfully unforgettable.
