, the celebration began with an intimate rehearsal dinner at Claridge’s and crescendoed with an unforgettable reception at the V&A South Kensington—an elegant fusion of New York polish and British charm, wrapped in the couple’s rich cultural story.
The day began in the silk-walled Brook Suite at Claridge’s, where Ingrid slipped into the first of her bespoke Reem Acra gowns. Designed in honor of her late mother Nada, the dress featured embroidery inspired by traditional Lebanese tablecloths and appliqués reminiscent of the garden flowers her mother adored. Her sister and maid of honour, Audrée, also wore a Reem Acra design that mirrored Ingrid’s—both a sartorial symbol of sisterhood and a heartfelt nod to family legacy. A second look, also by Reem, channeled Ingrid’s love of dancing with its playful pink palette and couture bow detailing, setting the tone for the dreamy after-party ahead.
Following a meaningful ceremony at the storied Brompton Oratory, guests were transported to the V&A’s Raphael Court. Inspired by the couple’s shared love of art and Ingrid’s years living in London, the reception featured a bespoke printed William Morris-inspired tablescape in blue hues. Florals by Lucy Vail Floristry were delightfully unstructured yet softly British in tone, with hellebores, clematis, and butterfly ranunculus weaving through taper candles and golden bee napkin rings. Every element—down to the scalloped menus and blush velvet after-party furniture—was rich with pattern, emotion, and intention.
With cocktails flowing, a full martini bar, and a nine-piece band from ALR Music keeping guests on the dance floor, the night was pure magic. Ingrid and Jeff’s luxury London wedding wasn’t just about beauty—it was about legacy, identity, and creating new memories in the city where past and present collide.
