Now this is what we call a global affair! Six years after meeting at a work event, Shobana and Kevin got engaged while on vacation in Sri Lanka. “The couple’s love for travel as well as their ethnic backgrounds were the reason we wanted to bring in different elements from different parts of the world into their wedding,” shares Roxy of Art of Celebrations. Not only did the celebration feature a Copacabana boardwalk-inspired dance floor but peonies, stephanotis, and gardenias were used in Shobana’s bouquet as a nod to her Sri Lankan background. While this wedding was in the winter, we love how the bright, bold colors brought a tropical flavor indoors!
