For their wedding, Hedia and Akhil headed to California wine country. Their shared love of wine is what led them to Sonoma, settling on a celebration at Viansa Winery. They wished to blend their Persian and Indian heritage with Western tradition, and opted for an outdoor ceremony amongst the vineyards. Their tented reception was inspired by ballroom glamour, an aesthetic that was achieved through gold accents, sculpted floral, and lush draping. In the end, the juxtaposition between the rustic venue and the luxe decor was simply stunning!
