Ashley’s bridal shower was inspired by limoncello. She fell in love with the Italian lemon liqueur while on vacation in the Amalfi Coast with her then-boyfriend, now husband. As a florist (Ashley is the principal designer behind Flowerly), she always dreamt of using yellow flowers for an event. She made that dream a reality at her own bridal shower, where 500 lemons were used to complement the Italian theme and marigold florals. Dessert packed a further lemony punch with a drool-worthy dessert buffet complete with cakes, macaron towers, cookies, meringues, and chocolates.
