Without further ado, we are excited to reveal that “Wanderlust: A Love of Travel”  is our show theme and guiding inspiration as WedLuxe becomes your ultimate host––with global travel and hospitality-styling providing unlimited luxury wedding inspiration.

This year we are thrilled to announce that Marta Urbanowicz of artam design joins the show as Event Design Director, with Kim Miyama of Kim Miyama Events as Event Logistics Planning Partner. Last year’s incredible show was brought to life in part by Alan Bisson of FireDog Creative and his talented team and we could not be more excited to share that the FireDog Creative team is returning this year as our Live Event Support Sponsor. Contemporary Furniture Rentals Inc. is our official Show Furniture Supplier for the sixth year in a row (THANK YOU Peter and team!), and Eventure Custom Environments and Event Draping is our Event Draping Partner.

Now, we’d love to take you on a brief tour of the show and give you a little taste of what you can expect!

College Park Main Floor

Upon arrival, guests will enter the ‘WedLuxe Lobby of Luxury’ (College Park Main Floor Foyer). Check-in happens at the “Front Desk” where guests will receive their wristband and programme/passport (outlining each experiential area, Show sponsors by area, and exhibitor map). A custom-outfitted WedLuxe “Bellman” will accompany guests on their trip to the 7th floor.

7th Floor Foyer

Stepping out of the elevator onto the 7th floor, guests will be wowed by our Grand Entry, “The Palm.”

Created by Marta Urbanowicz of artam design, a custom-built facade will conjure up tropical luxury vibes channeling Palm Beach.

Clipper Room

The coveted WedLuxe Gifting Suite returns with a twist for 2017!

Here, guests receive and fill complimentary custom-printed WedLuxe tote bags from Creative Bag, with a selection of products curated by WedLuxe. Guests will choose from, and receive, items ranging from bespoke paper stationery to beauty products, including luxury face masks from Radford and gift cards from Her Majesty’s Pleasure. Each guest will also receive a special gift from WedLuxe!

Round Room

Making her North American debut, Russia’s leading event designer Maria Kamenskaya, presents The Winter Palace Menagerie Bar––an art installation inspired by rare exotic birds that once wandered the gilded courtyard of the iconic Winter Palace.

Produced in collaboration with Opus Events Production, Flowers Time, and Engineered Arts this awe-inspiring 360-degree art installation houses our bubbly bar with complimentary Prosecco samples by Ruffino (Constellation Brands).

Sky Room

Designed by artam design, the Mirage Lounge & Spa is a beautiful Moroccan-inspired palatial oasis for relaxing, unwinding, and indulging. In the lounge section of the room, guests will enjoy spa-inspired passed appetizers and refreshing beverages from Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering. In the spa section, guests can indulge in beauty or spa services from Radford or Her Majesty’s Pleasure. Here, guests enter to win a luxe bachelorette night out for seven from Her Majesty’s Pleasure!

Concert Hall Stage

On the main stage of the concert hall, you will find grandeur designed for royalty! Here, Fine Cakes by Zehra, Biji Planners, and G.P.S. Decors present an opulent gallery inspired by Parisian palaces featuring ornate architectural backdrops, multiple embellished cakes, lush florals, a royal garden and so much more. In addition to an abundance of luxury wedding inspiration, each guest that visits the stage will receive their very own sweet takeaway!

Concert Hall (Under Mezzanine)

We’re bringing the outdoors in with this high-end glamping-meets-luxury-hotel-suite experience, presented by Tempur-Pedic. Guests can test out the “Tempur-Enchant” mattress, while one lucky couple will have a chance to win their very own Tempur-Pedic mattress by snapping a photo in front of a beautiful custom-built floral bed frame and sharing it on Instagram.
