Foodies, this wedding is for you! Today, we’re sharing the STUNNING downtown Toronto “I Do’s” of Oliver & Bonacini’s President Andrew Oliver to Alana MacDonald. The wedding was a sleek city soirée designed to celebrate the couple’s true romance with a masterful culinary celebration worthy of the famed O&B brand.
Natalie Ho of Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering provided full-service planning for the celebration that took place at Arcadian Loft last fall. Andrew and Alana worked closely with Natalie to produce a grand-scale event that still felt intimate and party-like. “It was important to us that our celebration included an incredible meal, really great music, and a gorgeous, candlelit setting. We wanted everyone, not just us, to have the time of their lives,” says Alana.
Amazing food was unsurprisingly a major component of the event! The couple worked closely with Executive Chef Jamie Meireles and Chef de Cuisine Michael Robertson of Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering to create memorable food experiences that would wow guests throughout the evening. A dozen different varieties of canapés were served during cocktail hour, and dinner entrées ranged from a hearty grilled rib eye & slow roasted cap to a lighter fare of broiled sustainable sea bass & lobster bisque.
