With the launch of our much anticipated “Literary Love” issue just around the corner (it arrives on newsstands next week!), today we find ourselves looking back to this beautiful literary-inspired Style File featured in the 2011 Summer/Fall edition of WedLuxe Magazine. The photo shoot, captured by 5ive15ifteen Photo Company and produced by Belle Fleur Events, is a tribute to poetic writers and the time-worn beauty of a library.
The historic ambiance of Toronto’s Hart House posed the perfect setting for Fuscia Designs to create rich floral displays in shades of crimson that exude a feeling of captivating love, much like classic novels in English literature. Bobbette & Belle created a lemon cake with cassis buttercream for the shoot along with a sweet table display that matched the theme. Sweet Peony Press followed suit with stationery that resembled vintage books and love letters of literary icons.
