We love a good entrance and when we travel we want to stay at a hotel that greets us in the grandest way possible! We’ve collected some of the world’s most breathtaking lobbies that are sure to inspire your honeymoon plans (or at the very least, fuel your wanderlust!)
The Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest is an Art Nouveau hotel that was fully restored. Its lobby boasts a spectacular chandelier, stained glass windows, and a mosaic floor made up of over a million individual tiles. Spain’s Barceló La Bobadilla’s entrance has Moorish architecture reminiscent of Cordoba’s Mosque-Cathedral and the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo’s lobby is on the 38th floor—offering the very best views of the city.
The Al Bustan Palace draws inspiration from Oman’s architecture, but it’s the lobby’s 38 meter-high dome that is the real showstopper!
Veranda Chiang Mai’s outdoor lobby is a picturesque place to unwind and Bangkok’s Phulay Bay greets guests with hundreds of tea lights. Words can’t even begin to describe the walled courtyard entrance of India’s Oberoi Udaivilas and its beautiful pond!
The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is lined with trees, and Mama Shelter’s lobby in Paris couldn’t be trendier just like the hotel itself. Kelly Wearstler designed the Viceroy Anguilla’s lobby to contrast the sunny Caribbean beaches just outside its doors. If you love the Viceroy lobby, we think you’ll be wowed by this WedLuxe featured wedding that took place at the hotel.
Which hotel lobby will you be seeing on your honeymoon?
