This year's Met Gala took place yesterday evening, with fashionable celebrities from all over the globe flocking to New York to attend. The Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology theme inspired dazzling, futuristic looks worn by fashion and Hollywood elite alike. From Beyoncé's custom latex Givenchy number to the bevy of Balmain-clad glamazons, this year's red carpet was as boundary-pushing as ever.

This year's Oscars Red Carpet was filled with beautiful gowns of rich jewel tones, pretty pastel shades, and bridal-esque whites and creams. From Rooney Mara in a wedding-ready Givenchy to Rachel McAdams in emerald August Getty Atelier, there was no shortage of black tie inspiration this year. Who won your vote for best dressed this year?

We always look forward to the start of Awards Season, as it brings with it endless red carpet gowns that serve as bridal inspiration for the year to come. This year, the Golden Globes started the year on a high note, with one beautiful gown after another parading down the red carpet. We're particularly fond of Lily James in Marchesa and Cate Blanchett in a fashion-forward Givenchy Couture number. Who won your vote for best dressed last night? Let us know in the comments.

We always look to runways and red carpets for bridal fashion inspiration. Luckily for us, this year, the IT colours to wear on the red carpet were white, ivory and blush, providing the bridal world with endless inspiration for new silhouettes. From J. Lo in Zuhair Murad at the Grammys to Diane Kruger's show-stopping Prada gown from Cannes, see some of our favourites from 2015 below.
